Karate Kidz (Ages 7-14)

Our Karate Kidz Classes for Ages 7 to 14 years-old have been specially designed for children, with structured fun packed, exciting high-energy classes designed to develop confidence, which not only teaches children how to defend themselves and prevent bullying….. we also teach them Life Skills for Success in Life.

Our Karate Kidz Classes includes Life Skills designed to help children become more successful in life by developing their Attitude, Behaviour and Character.

Children are transformed through the Power of our Martial Arts training, from Confidence that they can turn ‘On’ when they need it, to get the best out of themselves in any situation, together with high Self Esteem to feel good about themselves, while learning Focus and Concentration skills, Respect, Self Discipline and Perseverance while learning how to Set and Achieve Goals in Life with the Martial Arts coloured belt system.

Your child will enjoy our Karate Kidz Classes because it’s fun and exciting, and you will love it because we support your role as a parent…..Making your job easier.

These Life Skills lessons include, the Bully Safe System which teaches children how to avoid bullying, how to deal with bullying should it occur and how to defend against bullies, Good Attitude which teaches the value of having a good positive attitude, as success in life is determined, more than anything else by your attitude. Good Self Control  which teaches practical ways to control their emotions, especially anger. The Five Rules of Personal Safety where students learn what to do if confronted and how to resolve the situation peacefully.

We offer two Free ‘Taster’ classes for all new students, so that parents can see how we work with the children and how much fun they have while learning in our classes. This allows you to make your mind up on whether to become a member after your two free ‘taster’ classes, so why not invite your friends to come along and try out our free ‘taster’ classes with you, however, we have to warn you – “The Kids always want to come back!”

Monday: Karate Kidz 1: 5.45-6.30pm or Karate Kidz 2: 6.30-7.15pm
Tuesday: Karate Kidz: 5.30-6.15pm
Wednesday: Karate Kidz 1: 5.45-6.30pm or Karate Kidz 2: 6.30-7.15pm
Thursday: Karate Kidz: 5.30-6.15pm
Saturday: Karate Kidz 1: 09.00-09.45am or Karate Kidz 2: 10.15-11.00am
or Karate Kidz 3: 11.30am-12.15pm
