Adult Karate-Self Defence (Ages 15 years and above)

Our Adult Karate-Self Defence classes at East West Martial Arts-Northampton are designed for Ages 15 years and above, and offers a fresh approach to teaching Martial Arts which is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced before and our classes can be joined by new beginners at anytime – you can simply come along on your own, as a couple or in a group.

There is no expensive introduction course for our classes as we offer new students two free ‘taster lessons’ to experience our classes before deciding to become a member. We prefer to get you into the main classes and integrate you on a gradual basis, as in our experience this works better with adults, as you get to know the other friendly students – how can help you and from whom you can learn a lot as well.

Best of all, you can start when you are ready without having to wait until a new beginners course is booked up, so you will soon get into your training; and our more senior students are encouraged to work along with beginners and help them along in their training.

Our friendly and welcoming adult Karate-Self Defence classes are perfect for both men and women, and all ages are welcome. Please never worry that you are too old to start training in Martial Arts as all ages are welcome with many of our students being in the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s, who are really loving their training every week in of fun packed classes, which can be joined by complete beginners at anytime.

Please don’t worry if you think you are not fit or flexible enough to start training at the moment – it’s our job to help show you how to become fitter and more flexible with our expert instruction, which will steadily increase your current fitness and flexibility levels week by week.

When you begin training in our classes, which will help you become more Confident, you will also develop your fitness level, increase your flexibility, tone your body and will really reduce your stress levels, so you will feel great about the results you’ll see both on the inside and the outside, while learning how to defend yourself from bad people.

Great Starts Here…. and great is within you – surprise yourself in our Karate-Self Defence classes which are great fun, with great people and are a great workout….. which is different every week you come to class, all while learning an incredible fighting system, based on the very best of the Japanese ‘Wado Ryu‘ style of Karate, which is combined with street tested and reality based self defence training for where it really matters, which is to defend yourself and your family should the need ever arise.

If you would like to get a fabulous quality of Martial Arts instruction in our classes, with other students totally engaged in their training, smiling, sweating and learning in our educational classes as they get in better shape training in our fresh, bright, clean and safe ‘Dojo’, then our adult Karate-Self-Defence classes are for you.

We offer two Free ‘Taster’ classes for all new students, so that you can experience our classes. This allows you to make your mind up on whether to become a member after your two free ‘taster’ classes, so why not invite your friends to come along and try out our free ‘taster’ classes with you.
